Most traders draw support and resistance by eye — peaks, valleys, round numbers. That's not where price actually wants to be. Professional traders and institutions use Volume Profile. How It Works

Two profiles calculated simultaneously

Volume Profile Pro scans your selected session bar by bar, distributing volume across configurable price bins. P1 and P2 are calculated independently with their own session type and lookback. Both histograms draw on the same chart panel — P1 for active session context, P2 for broader institutional structure.

Nodes identified by threshold logic

The POC is the price bin with the highest volume. The Value Area (VAH/VAL) contains 70% of all traded volume. HVN nodes are local volume peaks above your configured threshold — typically 55% of POC volume. LVN nodes are voids below the LVN threshold — prices the market skipped through and tends to do so again.

Info table updates on every bar

The corner info table recalculates live on every new bar close, showing exact distance from the current price to every P1 and P2 level in both % and ATR. Color coding tells you instantly whether each level is above, below, or within 0.3% of current price. Built on PineScript v6.
